So I was doing gate of pain in hm with h/h on my dervish when I reached the part where you had to kill the tortureweb dryder. I thought " hey it's just one ele boss! how hard can it be?" So i charged in and it 2 hit KOed me doing ~350 damage/skill

I was wondering how it could do so much to me when my own ele only hits for ~100 damage on 60 AR foes

It's level 28(30) in hard mode. The higher the level, the higher the damage. It also most likely has 16+ fire magic.

Just bring Protective Spirit on a hero and cast it on yourself before running in.

You're doing hardmode.
You don't have Prot spirit.

You're doing it wrong.

Very easy mission if you research before jumping in. Elemental prot is quite useful there.

Yea, I thought that was funny to. Watching my heroes getting practically 1 shotted by liqued flame. Luckily I made malestrom and prot spirit so it was pretty easy.
